Who made it
This free tool is made by plusbeauxjours, a small studio that builds one-question tools with sources: what will my check be, what will this cost, what do I do now. It was built for people on Medicare and the family members who help them, especially during Open Enrollment.
It is not affiliated with Medicare, CMS or any drug plan, and it is not sponsored by anyone. There are no ads and no affiliate links.
Your privacy
The math runs in your browser. Drug names, prices and amounts are never sent anywhere and never put in the page address. To save you retyping, your entries are kept in this browser only (local storage). On a shared computer, press Clear my entries on the calculator.
We use anonymous page analytics (Google Analytics) to count visits and which buttons are used, like “Print.” It never receives what you typed. Full details are in our privacy policy (opens in a new tab) and terms (opens in a new tab).
What it is, and what it isn't
An estimate for covered Part D drugs using Medicare's official 2027 standard benefit rules, checked . Your plan's prices, tiers and deductible may differ. It is not medical or insurance advice, and we don't recommend plans. To compare plans, use Medicare Plan Finder (opens in a new tab); for free one-on-one help, contact SHIP (opens in a new tab).
We follow the payment plan formula in CMS guidance. A few cents can differ from rounded examples on Medicare.gov; see how we round.
